HOLISTIC
Talk therapy can only go so far. At GWW, we advocate for treating the body, spirit, and mind. We incorporate body based techniques such as breathwork, and mindfulness and will suggest alternative approaches if we think it will help you make the changes you want.

COLLABORATIVE
Women typically wear many different hats, and our goal is to make it easier for you to get your needs met. We have an extensive list of referral partners in the New York City area who offer adjunctive services (energy work, acupuncture, physical therapy, functional medicine).

NON-JUDGEMENTAL
GWW is a space for you to choose whatever feels most authentic to you. When you sit with a nonjudgemental therapist and are given the time to truly feel, you can determine what is right for you. No choice is wrong, it’s all personal. We believe this is how people heal.

Acceptance
At GWW we accept how every woman wants to be in the world. Life is hard enough without feeling like you have to act or feel a certain way to fit in. Our goal is to help you accept yourself and feel self-compassion.
No BS
Life is too short. While we are here to give you time and space to unravel your thoughts and feelings, we also believe in sharing our perspectives as the professionals that you’ve hired. We do not believe in passive observation, but instead voice our thoughts.
