Feeling stuck, overwhelmed or like it's all too much? You are in the right place. I support those going through big life changes and have experienced trauma. I also enjoy working with empaths and highly sensitive individuals.

A message from Jacqueline

Clients often tell me I am not like other therapists. Talk therapy often only gets us so far and it can be frustrating when we notice we need something different. I get it, I have been there myself. Together we’ll work to understand your nervous system, you will learn new coping skills and identify your strengths to support your overall healing journey.

Trauma can make us feel disconnected from our bodies, have intrusive thoughts, and feel helpless. Life transitions can be especially tough for those who have had difficulty in childhood. Whether it is a career change, loss of a relationship, moving to a new town or exploring parts of who we are, change can be difficult and feel so uncertain. I provide compassionate and effective support using body based approaches. In addition I have specialty training in working with moms who have experienced birth trauma, loss or postpartum anxiety and depression.

  • I believe in the mind-body-soul connection and combining holistic approaches with evidenced based practices. I integrate various modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to provide a comprehensive approach.

As a 200 hr yoga teacher I incorporate mindfulness, meditation, breathing and gentle movement into sessions to promote relaxation, restore a sense of safety and embodiment. You will learn practical tools and techniques to manage overwhelming emotions, set boundaries, and engage in self-care practices that honor your needs.
